1. too good to be true for a free App, if the pricing is Reasonable im definetly going to subscribe.This is one of the most essential apps I've ever used; very user friendly, makes your work very organised, it's on the go and you can even feed in patients' data when offline! Well there are just a few shortcomings that have made the developers miss my 5* mark though; please correct the grammar (does the patient 'has' allergies to 'have'); could you also come up with a desktop version; then finally, can you please increase on the number of devices the app can be installed.

2. On this note, maybe an option to link images to certain tooths, say I have an local RTG of a tooth imported into the patient file, it would be nice if it could be linked to a tooth; when I click on it to see the notes, it would show the x-ray('s)WONDERFUL! A simple question: one of my two devices had a problem with its software and made me reset that to factory mode.

3. On the developer side of things, it would be nice if the feature list would be expanded with: -Ability to export and import patient database, -Ability to make edits from my computer (can't beat a mouse and keyboard combo) -Option to remove unwanted or unnecessary patient info.

4. I used to use excel sheets with an obscene amount of info entry, but now I fill patient info on the spot on my phone, take their picture to remember them and schedule their appointment and its done.

5. What is the subscription fee for upgraded version? Can the back up files viewed in my mobile or desktop offline? When i tried files couldn't be viewed after unzipping.

6. Furthermore, features like treatment plan, allergies and drugs taken allow me to be prepared for every patient before they step into the clinic.

1. Fix My Dental Clinic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Dental Clinic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Dental Clinic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Dental Clinic" » Open My Dental Clinic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Dental Clinic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Dental Clinic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Dental Clinic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Dental Clinic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Dental Clinic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Dental Clinic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Dental Clinic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Dental Clinic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Dental Clinic not working

2. Fix My Dental Clinic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Dental Clinic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Dental Clinic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
