1. Using the contact us phone number doesn't work either because it won't accept my information and hangs up after two failed attempts before even bothering to connect me to a person.

1. Fix Delta Dental Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Delta Dental: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Delta Dental App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Delta Dental" » Open Delta Dental » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Delta Dental » click "UPDATE".
