1. Using the contact us phone number doesn't work either because it won't accept my information and hangs up after two failed attempts before even bothering to connect me to a person.
2. I have found that accessing the Delta Dental website directly from the Samsung Internet browser provides a much better interface thats work fine.
3. Many buttons don't work, the design itself is poor, the header and footer are not static, and it doesn't look like it has been updated in years, if ever.
4. When I enter my dentist's name it doesn't recognize it even though he's an in network provider so I can't get an accurate copay amount ahead of time.
5. Signing in appears to work, but does not show my current dentist info or any of my recent transactions.
6. It shows me the cleaning, dental exams, and x-ray history dates, as well as a copy of my insurance card.
7. It wants me to update information to use the app, so I login to the page it links me to and there's nowhere to update the information.
8. Also, I forgot to mention it has a error code 605 at times but only when opening the app.I downloaded the app when I changed carriers (3 months or more) it has never worked, I submitted a ticket and was told that the app was down.
9. Shows old info from my former employer that I left a year ago, even though the web page is accurate with my new employers info.
10. I love being able to see my ID card, my coverage levels, when my last procedure/cleaning was and which dentists are in my network and accepting new patients.
11. I can log in on a browser so they should definitely just remove this app from the app store if it doesn't have a use at all, otherwise they are creating unnecesary customer dissatisfaction and potential detractors.
