Why should I report an Issue with Safe Notes - Official app?

1. What the hell is going on with this app? I've been using it for a couple of years, really liked it, now all of a sudden when I'm looking at a note, it suddenly scrolls to the bottom of the page forcing me to search for the note again! If I toggle between 2 pages on my phone to enter info on a website, it's grayed out and I have to relaunch it again! Extremely irritating!Have used it for almost a year.

2. Also, need to lock text (to read-only) in search mode, so you can't accidentally delete some of your written text!Upddate: Some time ago, my most important note kept disappearing (after an update?) and I had to keep regathering all the info - very time consuming.

3. There's just one tiny thing that is kinda making me batty, which is - I add to existing notes in a somewhat haphazard manner, and when I'm adding something anywhere above the bottom of the note, the page jumps around and down to the bottom, while I'm typing.

4. Will update rating if anything changes.Best app ever for keeping notes safe from being deleted or opened by accident, but I'm taking a star down due to a recent bug.

5. No four didget pins for me.also can change the color of notes and can lock each note for safety and control so no kids can get into your notes.

6. It's never happened to me, but I do share/save my notes (periodically) via my email-to-PC just in case.Finally! This was Note app #4 I tried.

7. Others were too bright, not easy to use, had too many ads, didn't sync/save to other apps, had too many options I didn't need, or were too basic.

8. Even though keeping the notes locked is inconvenient, I'd rather deal with unlocking than switch apps.

9. If I stop typing for more than 2 seconds, the screen automatically scrolls to the very bottom and then flashes back to where you were last typing and keeping that at the top of the screen.

1. Fix Safe Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Safe Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Safe Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Safe Notes" » Open Safe Notes - Official app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Safe Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Safe Notes - Official app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Safe Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Safe Notes - Official app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Safe Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Safe Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Safe Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Safe Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Safe Notes not working

2. Fix Safe Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Safe Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Safe Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Safe Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
