Copper CRM Customer Insights

1. So far I have loved everything about Copper, except the app... Please tell me there is a fix for this?!Upped it to a 2 star only because it was easy to get to a customer service rep to explain they are currently working on this issue, with an update coming.

2. The desktop app is pretty good, but due to EXTREMELY POOR customer service and deceptive cancellation policies and procedures, I cannot recommend the use of this CRM.

3. I installed and opened the app, it stated that there was an update, I clicked to update but the play store gives no option to update.

4. Basically useless on my phone because it is so slow or just doesn't work at allAs of 1/6/22, continually crashes when open in Android.

5. What free 14 days trial means to them? How I'm supposed to try something and be charge right away if I haven't use the product to test.

6. When I imported my contacts a significant portion of their information was lost and screwed up all my original contact information.

7. Couldn't even link the Google drive files because the button doesn't work.I can not get the app to load.

8. When I try to bypass the update it just stays on the logo screen and does nothing.

9. Try Hubspot instead.14 days trial is fake! I download the app on December the 4tj and right away the 5th, they charge m the $41.00 .

10. I really want to give the app a try as I am trying out the CRM for my boss and would like to get the full experience to report back to him.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Copper CRM Issues

1. Fix Copper CRM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Copper CRM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Copper CRM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Copper CRM" » Open Copper CRM » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Copper CRM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Copper CRM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Copper CRM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Copper CRM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Copper CRM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Copper CRM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Copper CRM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Copper CRM then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Copper CRM not working


2. Fix Copper CRM Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Copper CRM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Copper CRM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Copper CRM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
