2. After a small mix-up on my end, I was able to edit my user settings to gain mobile access!! This app is absolutely amazing! It allows me to stay abreast of possible deals while out on the road running errands! The app has EVERYTHING that you would find on the web.

3. Besides that it great that it can save you properties to the desktop versions without having to manually add them.Driving 4 dollars app has a lot to desire, will work fine, then will start to lag.

4. The app is very inconsistent with tracking properties on the road and recording our routes .App crashes when adjusting dates of preforeclosuresBeen getting a glitch when driving.

5. Closing the app doesn't help I have to force stop and re log in.Cannot Log In- When I open the app, I enter my email and password and press Login, the screen flashes, but nothing happens.

6. When down loading list from the computer version, you have to pay extra to make sure you done skip trace the same addresses.. customer service department has a lot of issues as well.

7. I can open Web Browser on my phone, both Chrome and Brave and I can log in and use Propstream fine, but Login does not work on the app.

8. It'll save a few properties just fine then it'll stay stuck loading after.

9. Terrible because I can't go driving of the app crashes and loses all my saved properties.

10. My partner and I both use this app for the business because we use Propstream on the laptop it just made sense to try and use the mobile platform also.

1. Fix PropStream Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PropStream: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PropStream App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PropStream" » Open PropStream Mobile REI Data » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PropStream » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PropStream Mobile REI Data app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PropStream servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PropStream Mobile REI Data" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PropStream app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PropStream might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PropStream. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PropStream then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PropStream not working

2. Fix PropStream Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PropStream be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PropStream not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PropStream may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
