1. JoinNow only needs to be run once, then you'll be able to connect to your organization's secure Wi-Fi network. How does it work?
2. Google's Android device policy is the reason why you are required to set a screen PIN lock once your device is configured for connection to secure wireless networks.
3. You can securely access your organization's wireless network after easy configuration using the SecureW2 JoinNow app.
4. Deleting the app (or deactivating it through an "app sleep" feature, as seen on Samsung devices) will remove the Wi-Fi configuration settings, interrupting your Wi-Fi connection.
5. The app will automatically download your organization's Wi-fi configuration settings and install them on your device.
6. Your device will connect to the network through a secure, encrypted connection.
7. From there on, you don't need to do anything beyond leaving JoinNow on your device.
8. You'll be able to effortlessly connect to your network.
9. This is not a SecureW2 JoinNow policy.
10. Your screen PIN lock must be enabled, otherwise you may experience issues with connectivity.
1. On rare occasions, it does connect (but at extremely slow speed), but then I have to forget network and reconfigure every time I come back to campus.
2. The connection sometimes drops while I'm using my device and sometimes after going to different parts of campus, and usually once I regain connection to the wifi I either have to disable and re-enable wifi or re-enter my credentials.
3. The wifi dropping in and out is my school's fault, but why can't the app just reconnect once I grab the signal again?Update: It started working for a while and then proceeded to fail after I let it update and after I changed my password.
4. The app barely works for me, and I have to uninstal third party browsers as this app is incompatible with them every time I need to reconnect after the app randomly boots me off.The app used to be hit or miss when connecting, but I haven't had problems in a while.
5. The connection performance should be further studied/fixed.Update: after installing the app and running it, then to actually connect, I had to manually configure the eduroam connection.
6. lt says either that "a connection could not be established," or that I need to disconnect from the guest wifi, which I am not connected to.
7. Don't know if it is an app issue or a university configuration issue. When it works it nice since the wifi coverage is huge.
8. I frequently have to re-input my id and password so I can connect to the wifi at my school.
9. Edit: Every time i log in it says that the systen settings are downloading, but then after it downloads, I can't connect.
10. The worst part is that my employer has made this the only way to connect to the wifi.
11. Just doesn't work, can't connect and is a waste of space.
