Needs a lot more development.the search is very complicated, it lacks a factor where we can search about specific piece , long sleeve, long top , or it must be on REFINE search, there is only high price and low price , and this is not useful 100%.ordered a palladium boots ..i ordered green but they delivered black..couldnt return as it was gifted to some one...now its less than 3 weeks the entire sole is coming out..they selling some cheap fake product..and products doesnt come with warranty..which u get if purchaced from a genuine outlet ..so please be carefullThis is a scammer I use my card to order and after it's was deducted to my card they are still asking for authorization code which is a hassle for me as a buyer to contact my bank outside the country.
2. The application auto closes after 30-60 seconds and i have to start over again!! Also plz add the rest of the countries' currencies like before even if you don't ship to this country but we may need to compare prices more easily.I try to order a pair of shoe the by the time i check out i chose COD payment option and then i see the total amount on my account that i need to pay.
3. this app is not fraud but u have to study the terms and conditions firstNeeds an automated way to make returns, order history is difficult to understand, not clear how to see store credit on app, not as user friendly or savy as Namshi app.
4. But when the delivery arrives the delivery man cherge me higher than the total amount i see in my account saying that it have to pay extra for the COD option.
5. But i think they should be more transparent about other fees, it should appear clearly on the account upon checkout.The app did not work for me, it kept saying "opps, there's an issue please try again :(" without saying what the issue was, after two days of trying, i removed the app.
6. i have seen this ad on Facebook and unexpectedly placed an order and the money deducted from my bank is very high bcz money deducted in dollars .
7. two seconds after the installation, it says "please update" why did you give an old version to install if there's a new one? i don't get it.I ordered 3 items at different times in same month.
8. However, now, i didn't know what changed!? Have you got a new board members or what? So stressful! Poor service.
9. Poor delivery especially when you shift to UPS service.
10. Ordered a polo in 2 sizes and both pieces were damaged.
11. i was shockes but with very patience i contacted to their supporting team and finally my money was refunded.
