1. I'm using it second week for now, i think it's a nice app to track your progress, I'm not sure did many people have achieved this final result of 150 reps)I love the simplicity of it, I recommend another app dealing with weighted dips and weighted pullups next to the body weight only movements.
2. What more could I ask.i think it should show more detail into how many dips, and maybe having an in app reminder to do scheduled workouts.I love that you can do more each rep and the system adjusts based on a weekly test.
3. Other than that it's a great app for building enduranceWith some help from an elastic band, I have worked to the point that I can now at least do dips.

I have seen significant progress in the 4 weeks I've used it.It is very easy to use and clean ,just needs to sync with Google FitExcellent fitness app, simple user friendly and efficient!This is the best dips progression workout that I tried, in just 2weeks ive increase my dips from 5 to 11.
