3. Will it not damage the progress to do the whole workout 3 times and rest before starting over? If so it would be good that app would save each set record before finishing that specific excercise (now it resets if i leave the excercise window).Love the YouTube content, but this App is rubbish.

7. I followed Igor's free USP program twice (!) and now started one of the programs in the app.
8. When it comes to the workouts, oh boy doing workout with a fixed set of time is useless.
9. Very normal until I typed all the information (gmail and password, no spaces or special characters) and it says bad cridentials.
10. The results are excellent: the muscles have become larger and stronger, the repetitions in the exercises have increased, the posture has become straighter.
11. I do swimming 4 days and week and in the remaining 3 days I would like to do some push-ups etc, but this app cannot be adjusted.
