Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Possible Issues

1. Fix Possible Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Possible: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Possible App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Possible" » Open Possible: Fast Cash & Credit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Possible » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Possible: Fast Cash & Credit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Possible servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Possible: Fast Cash & Credit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Possible app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Possible might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Possible. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Possible then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Possible not working


2. Fix Possible Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Possible be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Possible not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Possible may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Good morning , I’ve been having problems with my account and it saying that I can’t request money because I have a duplicate account , which I talked to a representative, and they told me they deleted my account and that I can go ahead and make a new one . But when I put my email in again , it’s back to having the same problem of them telling me I can’t get accepted because of the duplicate account so I’m confused .

I need to take off the linked bank account and re add it to the app but it won’t let me, it only has one option to move forward with re-link account which claims wrong username but it’s the correct one I changed my password and userID couple days ago and was told to take off and re-link a bank. So going back isn’t an option either because it goes right to a blank screen. Deleted and re added the app but no luck. Any help you could offer to this problem????
