Trail Customer Insights

1. I wished it was a number to corpus so I could send you an invoice for the time and the gas and moist day trying to drive to these trails.App gets worse (including PRO) while prices go WAY up!! The free version is next to useless but the PRO subscription is way too expensive.

2. My friend has trail pilot on his iPhone, it it gives him audio turn by turn directions on trails and it's FREE! I was so jealous, but unfortunately, it's not available on android.Horrible app.

3. Not as many features but it is now my go to.For being a paid app I honestly think it sucks, all it shows is trails, it doesn't guide you, you have to stop at everything intersection to pull the map up to see where your going, and it's just kind of hard to navigate.

4. Sure you can delete it out of history but it doesn't actually delete it from the report and now I have four different reports on the same damn trail because this app can't do anything rightAbsolutely worst app I've ever used in my entire life.

5. Not even close to being a necessary app for most outdoor enthusiasts)..... 2nd, adding things like "national scenic trails" layer for example, that you can't permanently disable is an annoying distracting layer.

6. The latest version with social media included is a joke! Focus on making the maps better, give an option to download higher quality maps not making it Instagram! Most of us outdoors men hate the socials as it is.

7. Recommend you try any other trail app.I really like using this app to find trails.

8. Trying to edit or delete a report because the app decided it wanted to default to a different trail can't do.

9. I use it in Spain and it has helped me find many new trails and trail networks.

10. For the love of god, why are you turning a navigation app into a social media platform??Doesn't work lately.

11. The riders are responsible for all the trail maps, reports etc.

  • I’m trying to load Trailforks on a friends phone, everything is fine until we try to download the British Columbia map and it cause the app to stop. My friend is 77 and not computer wise and I’m 71 and not much better. His phone is an Alcatel 1 model 50330, Android 8.1. I’ve uninstalled and reloaded the app. Any suggestions?
