BikerSOS Customer Insights

1. I have tried everything, restarted phone, installed and uninstalled app.. Great idea for an app now working with helpdesk intervention .Great app for tracking trips and emergency notifications in the event of an accident.

2. Also, I approved permissions on phone to send a text and tried to send an emergency alert to my emergency contact to test system.

3. Great tool to have on the road and will use premium again in the future.I downloaded this App on Sunday specifically for my trip on wednesday.. app installed ok.. accident detection only active if you buy a premium subscription.. which I have done.

4. In this plan if the rider crashes they have to find their phone and press a button to alert the one contact.

5. If the phone is lost, or rider is incapacitated, they are SOL unless they have the Pro version.Phone flew off the motorcycle mount after hitting a bad ridge in the pavement on the Interstate.

6. Then, 3 hours later my wife emails me the bikersos link of the phone's location.

7. **Update** The developers diagnosed an issue with my phone's power saving function that was disabling some of the app features.

8. Premium let me share a link in SMS and with FB for live updates as I was riding so my friends and family could see where I was at on my cross country trip.

9. I got a response message from phone provider that text message failed to be sent.

10. Now it detects you walking into the gas station with your phone and resumes your trip.Very impressed so far.

11. I haven't had to use the emergency SOS function yet (and I hope I never have to), but the whole package seems very well put together and it is a welcome addition to my rides from now on.
