1. Basic questions - If Philips are incapable of writing an app that works, why can't they at leat make devices that send out bluetooth in a form that other apps can understand? Do Philips expect anyone to buy anything from them ever again after their experiences with this? It's a lot of extra money to get a device that sends data to your phone, and with my BPM it was money wasted.
2. Even when entering data in manually it's not user friendly to track changesFor me the watch and app work fine, but once again an app is being discontinued and the buyers of the product are being left with a non-functional product because the company behind it can't be bothered to make it usable offline or to open source the functionality... Typical! For such an expensive set of scales these are shocking.
3. Contacted support but got no response and after seeing others with the same issue have deleted app and decided to return montior; if they allowed the devices to sync with other working apps it would have been a bonus as at least that way would have kept the sale.
4. The software/app is totally rubbish, it crashes all the time and not being able to link it to other apps is disappointing as well.Keep getting signed off and very inconsistent in letting me sign back in.
5. no way of config check to see if its able to connectUPDATE Feb 2021- now they decide to stop supporting the app and will close it down next month leaving purchasers of the arm/wrist cuff and health watch band high and dry!! No way to access readings or get them out of the devices now.
6. Every time I do sign back in it resets my personal preferences on sharing my info(which I don't want to do.) Seems shady to me.I was a little hard to use with the scale and now Philips is just going to shut it down and now there is no way to sync to your data.
7. The landscape graphs don't work very well.Evertime I update app it signes me out and I have to re-pair.. I see plenty of feedback here complaining about the same issue that has been happening over a year.
8. I wish I could stop payment on the money I gave them.works well when it decides that it wants to pair with your mobile.
9. I didn't buy Hue lights as a direct result of my experiences with this, and am a happy TP-Link customer.Rubbish app BP monitor wouldn't sync.
10. The sleep metrics only show up way late in the evening and sleep efficiency does not work at all for me (it displays -- and the graph has no data).
11. Disgraceful really- will never buy another Philips product of any sort.
