1. Photos at recipes aren't displaying and when I try to go to "Meet the Airfryers" it shows Sorry no network coverage, even though I am connected to Vodacom Wifi or mobile data.
2. Every time I try to go to the "Discover the Philips Airfryers" page it says "network unavailable" and nothing loads despite the fact that I'm on WiFi.
3. How is this possible, when our mobile phones are connected to the Wi-Fi with full signal strength? Interestingly in the household we have Samsungs, iPhones and Sonys, all latest models.
4. Make NEW and OPERATIONAL.No pictures, no videos, no other functionality operational except recipes - which *are* there, but text only.
5. When registering my airfryer and in the drop-dowm menu, I chose my fryer, clicked search, it says equipment not found.
6. Tried sending an email as well but no response is receivedThe airfrier works great, my family loves it and we wanted to explore more options with it.
7. Erroneously states I am not connected to network... This app has potential, but overall current version is pitiful.
8. None of the instruction pictures are installed for step by step help for the new purchaser of the Philips air fryer.
