Average graphicsThe app is great but the only problem I find is how slow some exercises are like spiderman pushups, the animation is way to slow and by the time the animation to do 1 properly a person can do 2 reps, kindly fix thisVery cool but it needs improvements such as it needs different levels of exercises such as beginner, intermediate and expert because not everyone can do the exercises, also it would be much easier if you delete the timer when doing an exercise because not everyone goes at the same pace, and lastly, the exercises should be distributed evenly, instead of doing 40 push ups in one, should be better doing 10 then move on to the next exercise and do another 10, but it might not be necessary.This a great app but on problem is that when you have to do the workouts it would say something like "15x".

Another is that its effective but for some you should try to help them build up to thus level workout because it's not for beginners.The most amazing app for chest workout is intense first time when you start using this app you will fill really hard but you just need to complete all the exercise any how and still you will able to see results that is really amazing I wanted good chest from so long but didn't get right way.

It's really a tough oneI think its a good app to learn some new exercises but I wouldn't recommend beginners so start doing exactly what they say and as fast as the app says because you could even break something in your body so if you feel like you can't it's fine trying a last one but if you really can't don't push yourselfEasy to use app, you can even take a small break cause there's a pause ⏸️ button.
4. I just really thankful of app maker ...The workout app is nice.. I love the graphics and the lessons but there are just too intense for a beginner like my self.... I wish here were different exercise plans for different levels like for beginners, intermediate, and Professionals.

That'll be very more appreciatedIt is quite a challenging work out and a nice one but I encourage you to at least make a sister app to this one that initiates beginners because if a beginner began his chest work out journey with this app they would easily get discourage but generally it has worked for me thanks for the good work.
6. And now I'm seeing my self that soon I'm going to get that what I wanted from long time I'm using second time this app and after third time I'm gonna achive my goal.
7. Weird intervals for each rep (holding a pushup down for 3 seconds, going up, holding 3 sec, oh, and do 60 of those) 2.
