1. LIt hard to believe that these small workouts will show Any Type of improvement but they will, and you will Love your results!! I look forward to my morning, noon , or night workouts and they get pretty addictive too👍🏾🙂It's the best! I have been using this app for almost a week and it requires btn 5min-8min daily to spare which is very good and the exercises are very easy and effective and i can see changes! And i used to have digestion problem but once i started these workouts it ended for good! I will give this app 5stars.I just started this acouple of days ago but really like it.
2. I like how the program shows you how to do each exercise.Amazing and effective , started it with a big tummy like a pregnant woman but right now have seen a huge difference in my body I thought it won't work but see me working out every morning and following each procedure.I have done this exercise for 10days and don't see any expected change rather it caused me a very bad back ache.Beginner, but I like the cool down 20 sec count down before the next exercise.
3. It asked me specific questions before I began my workouts about my body size and height and how often I workout to customize my exercises for my body type (I love this feature).
4. This is very helpful app and I would like to tell you that if all exercises including premium should be done for free it will be very helpful for people like us those who are not able to pay.
5. Also, the ads hide the written instructions on how to do the exercise after the first oneI gave it 5 stars because.
6. The exercises are fine but there's no audio for the countdown or cues for the exercises even though the sound is on in Settings.
7. I'm a believer 😌 ✨️ 🙏 very thankful for finding this FREE app I can use daily and as much as I want without it restricting me.
