The photos are so low resolution that you can barely see the texture of the clothing you're buying.I am pleasantly surprised with the great selection of fashion brands along with the great prices on those brands that I tend to buy most of the time for the quality.It's weird when the website works so well, to see the app work so horribly.

2. However, only the clothes in my cart went up in price, not everything, so this is really suspicious!! I will never order from them again.Sometimes all saved items in favorites disappear, but then another time they reappear again.

3. Favorites feature is full of bugs, the mobile app doesn't show all favourite items, the web version loads it with problems, sometimes it does, sometimes it does not.

4. Also when I login and view my basket using just the web browser, any items I have added using the app doesn't show the size I selected.

5. The clothes are wonderful, but if you request a password reset, it simply reroutes you to the login page and doesn't help you reset the password in any way.

6. While it is a good app overall, the only issue I have is that when giving shipping information I cannot change the country, it is stuck on the US option, which makes it hard to order the clothes i want.

1. Fix Otrium Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Otrium: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Otrium App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Otrium" » Open Otrium - your fashion outlet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Otrium » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Otrium - your fashion outlet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Otrium servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Otrium - your fashion outlet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Otrium app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Otrium might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Otrium. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Otrium then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Otrium not working

2. Fix Otrium Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Otrium be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Otrium not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Otrium may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
