1. I am getting so annoyed and frustrated! I love Reebonz but this super11sale is happening and every time i get on the app, they ask me to sign in again and again and again even though ive already signed in on the app, and signed in every time the pop up appears and i still don't get to view the listings! I am soo annoyed i want to throw my phone.Didn't tell me item was out of stock, I had to contact them to ask why it hadn't been shipped.

2. Eventually they replied saying that more stock would be arriving in 1-2 weeks, a week later informed me that item was actually sold out and I would get a refund in up to 14 days!! Responded by telling them I'd better be refunded sooner than that and 2 days later got a message to say I'd been refunded.

3. But can u guys have a feature that gives the customer some kind of 'alert' the items in their wishlist is on sale? Sometimes we are looking for specific things and just add them on wishlist and don't just buy for the sake of having a new handbag.

4. I have consigned and sold items under White Glove, but payout has been pending since April 2021 when it is stated to be within 20 Business Days.

5. Thanks.Wishlist most all the time couldn't open... only appear as white blank and doesn't even have a button to return back... the application force to close it.

6. There are many better brands/apps out there offering the same, so think twice!This app is so annoying! Is Reebonz shutting down? I can never access app ever since couple of years back and still..... If this app is redundant and can't be bothered to maintain app healthy condition then remove it completely.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Reebonz Issues

1. Fix Reebonz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Reebonz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Reebonz App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reebonz" » Open Reebonz: Your World of Luxury » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reebonz » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Reebonz: Your World of Luxury app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reebonz servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reebonz: Your World of Luxury" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Reebonz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reebonz might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Reebonz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reebonz then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reebonz not working


2. Fix Reebonz Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reebonz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reebonz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reebonz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
