1. Lastly, it repetitively tries to collect my personal info.Enjoying the maps! cuts down on walking leaving time for more shopping 🛍️It kept making me click confirm my choices and never accepted anything couldn't get any discounts hate this appApp is ok, but password reset sucks, doesn't work.

2. You reset your password and it still won't let you in, takes a looooong time to stnchronize and updateTried to download this twice and force shut it down, it never loads passed the accept the terms and conditions pages, then starts to get "sticky" not scrolling or moving.

3. Admittedly, I didn't spend a lot of time with the, but why would I with such a poor UI? Wife will do the navigating since this location is the back of her hand.Works well.

4. The app only offers a "3D map" which is incredibly difficult to use, takes much longer to load than a simple image, and closes out if you so much as flip over to another app.

5. This app is as good as useless for me.Cannot log in despite a reset.I found the app to be a non- functional.

6. This app is better than the website (which doesn't work on my mobile device), but it lacks the key features I was hoping for.

7. Found a store? Too bad there's no link to where it is on the map, so good luck finding it.

1. Fix SIMON Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SIMON: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SIMON App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SIMON" » Open SIMON - Malls, Mills & Outlets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SIMON » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SIMON - Malls, Mills & Outlets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SIMON servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SIMON - Malls, Mills & Outlets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SIMON app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SIMON might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SIMON. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SIMON then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SIMON not working

2. Fix SIMON Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SIMON be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SIMON not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SIMON may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
