1. There are no options that come up, nothing happens... As an employee, this is incredibly frustrating as I cannot access them in any other way, shape, or form...Whilst it contains the necessary features to check everything about my employment; Oracle HCM Cloud suffers from poor UI and usability.

2. [-1] net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE Both Wifi and mobile data were on and available.Ok so this app is basically just a mobile wrapper allowing access to the HCM instance on the phone which is convenient and saves time from having to open the laptop.

3. Can check my shift timings more easily, so fulfills its purpose I guess.just make sure your admin has set up the server side correctly for responsive ui, if they have then you'll find a completely new way of interacting with oracle.

4. Material design which is simply poor development.I can't look at my pay check it downloads it then says it can't be opened then it just constantly buffsPretty much sucks... The only reason I use this app is to find out why my paycheck is higher or lower than it should be.

5. Signed in, made it to the homescreen where an overlay saying "press back button to return home" and "swipe to access menu bar" came up.

6. There are things I love oracle for but when it comes to HCM better to go with a company with a more modern dev team.We had a hard time using this app to update benefits for next year.

7. I can only view certain documents, unfortunately I cannot open nor download any of my paystubs as the screen sits on a white screen and nothing happens.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Oracle Fusion Applications Issues

1. Fix Oracle Fusion Applications Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Oracle Fusion Applications: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Oracle Fusion Applications App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Oracle Fusion Applications" » Open Oracle Fusion Applications » click "Update".

  3. Clear Oracle Fusion Applications app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Oracle Fusion Applications servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oracle Fusion Applications" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Oracle Fusion Applications app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Oracle Fusion Applications might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Oracle Fusion Applications. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Oracle Fusion Applications then reinstall.
