1. It will Lower your productivity because it get stuck 80% of the time updating on submitted somethingI also have an android and when pictures are taken im logged out and it doesnt record the entry.

2. Need to fix this please.On an Android device and get an error every time I try to take a photo.Please increase the font size of the 'recipient name'.

3. It work for a few days after I download it,then the 8th day I scan 27 items and then 30 mins later it erase all my data and today it did the same thing!!!! Please fix this major promblem...I don't recommend this app for any company.

4. The signature pad should not be mandatory for submissions as mail slots, between doors, under doors etc.. can't provide signatures.Thank you Edit.

1. Fix Open Roads Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Open Roads: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Open Roads App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Open Roads" » Open Open Roads » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Open Roads » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Open Roads app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Open Roads servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Open Roads" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Open Roads app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Open Roads might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Open Roads. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Open Roads then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Open Roads not working

2. Fix Open Roads Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Open Roads be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Open Roads not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Open Roads may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
