1. Excellent app, excellent service, (most importantly) the wonderful STAFF that work for Networx all make this my favorite lead generator.I wish the service was spaced out, so instead of sending me 10 potential customers at one space them out over a week or two.

2. The lead quality could improve a bit, but that's just how things go, they can't control how good a particular call is, I know Networx, like many others, does it's best trying to filter and connect leads and contractors.

3. Not corresponding now! PLEASE ADDRESS ISSUES AND FIX? OR ADVISE RECOMMENDATIONS TO FIXING PROBLEM! 01/08/2019 As of today issues still isn't resolve with is app! I've received one false lead: immediately I was charged for the lead without proper verification by networx of the inquire.

4. They said I would have more then I could handle and they screen all there calls So if you don't mind paying $75-$100 for each lead then this is the business for you.. I have credit which I can't get back and have to use for leads when I haven't gotten a real lead in almost a week.Not worth! It's really a pain to cancel your subscription with them.

5. More than likely, when my contract ends with Angie's list, I'll switch to networx for all my leads.Great! Much better than home Advisor, in terms of the App and how it works.

6. This company sent me 3 $100 leads before I could even learn to manage the app and doesn't offer much help in customer service.

7. Needless to say that we'll not be using this piece of junk lead services again and will never recommend it to other contractors .

9. I paid $300 for 4 leads and the other paid leads had no information on them but a name and phone number.

1. Fix Networx Pros Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Networx Pros: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Networx Pros App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Networx Pros" » Open Networx Pros » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Networx Pros » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Networx Pros app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Networx Pros servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Networx Pros" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Networx Pros app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Networx Pros might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Networx Pros. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Networx Pros then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Networx Pros not working

2. Fix Networx Pros Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Networx Pros be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Networx Pros not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Networx Pros may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
