1. When I tried to sign up it sent me to PayPal to give them $1.... If a million people are stupid enough, that's a million dollars for them for doing absolutely nothing but scamming you...Just installed the app and connected it to my PayPal account, and immediately, the amount of 120$ was taken from my balance, how so ??? You should add the option "delete my account"Literally have insane rules, and the shipping is so expensive, in my case it was higher than the price of all my items.
2. Worst shipping experience ever.The service has become very bad, the prices have been greatly increased, the registration of orders is delayed even in the business membership.
3. While they do communicate quickly, if you don't take out item insurance, you might not get all your items, and in my case, I had one item they still have at the facility but they refuse to give back to me because I didn't have insurance.
4. I sent tracking #'s and invoices, app showed they were received, 3 days later MyUS sent me an email requesting invoices.
5. This is causing the app unusable.Worst. My products were stuck in the US for no reason, and after contacting, a million times no reply from them.
6. When I gave them another address to ship it and asked them to ship it as one package they refused and billed me double to send to the same address.
7. They don't mention that you need to provide receipts for items when the retailer doesn't.
8. They do not ship many goods as a result of the wrong classification by the work team.
9. Careless in inventorying the items in the package.
10. Serious issues with app and needs to be in sync with info online.SCAM ALERT.
11. Don't buy from themApp was not keeping up to date with what was showing when I logged into my account on my laptop.
