1. I've never had a problem with the app and I prefer ordering off the app vs the website.Very easy to use, nice looking app and great range of SM ent.

3. Clear SM Global Shop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SM Global Shop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SM Global Shop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SM Global Shop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SM Global Shop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SM Global Shop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SM Global Shop then reinstall.
