MyUS Shopping Customer Insights

1. Customer service is a live chat and everyone is extremely kind and helpful, it also offers the best shipping rates I've found! I highly recommend it, give it a try!!Silly application they will charge you for 40 usd shipping fee and half of the items you ordered without even notifying you.. Aside from that they dont have a proper customer service ,they dont even have a phone number to contact,,,they just have auto boot on whatsapp to communicate and the emails that takes long time to respond... Dont recommend this app to my worst enemy.The shopping is pretty easy however the app crashes sometimes when adding things to the shopping cart.

The issue : after making order through shopping.myus for 3435 usd , Now im no longer able to login at all, app and website says that my email is wrong, even they didnt send me any confirmation email or invoice, they just deducted the amount and cancelled my account after that !!!Shopping using this app takes days and by the time it processes you will miss out o.

3. The only advantage is it is slightly more convenient in adding things to your MyUS shipping basket, but really is not worth the inconvenience and additional costs from missing sale itemsI love this app!!! It is the greatest shopping app ever if you need to ship out of the country.

4. I had to email customer service twice, and Rosie got back to me and updated me on the status and again when my order shipped.

5. Although customer service was initially slow to respond, Rosie made up for the delay.Update : Thank you for your cooperation and fixing the issues i had with the orders and helping to recover my account.

6. My third order , I was refunded for unavailable items but I have been waiting for almost two weeks for one final item to arrive.

7. They have issued refunds when items have been cheaper then when I've ordered or a special promo code has come up at time of them ordering.

8. What's wrong with you guys?My first two orders were seamless and arrived in good time.

10. If you are in Canada (as I can't speak for other countries) this is definitely a good go to if they dont ship to Canada or accept Canadian credit cards.

  3. Clear MyUS Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyUS Shopping servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyUS Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyUS Shopping app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyUS Shopping might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyUS Shopping. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyUS Shopping then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyUS Shopping not working


2. Fix MyUS Shopping Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyUS Shopping be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyUS Shopping not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyUS Shopping may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Please this is the third time I asked to cancel my account subscription I’ve never used so please refund my money and do not charge me for this account again, thanks waiting for my refund
