1. Shipping is a breeze and the tracking is AMAZING! Love knowing where everything is during shipment.Can't even try its tracking tools because 1) it requires an account (unlike most tracking apps), and 2) to create an account requires a phone number — deal-breaker.

2. However, these guys have tried so hard to be intuitive that they got rid of the simplest feature a package tracking app needs: manually input a tracking number! "You'll never need to manually type in a tracking number again!" Except for when you do, and then you can't.

3. I tried to create an account manually on the website and got a blank "Welcome Back" page.

4. It's more work for me to email a link to myself with a tracking number than to just copy-paste a tracking number in, just in case it doesn't work.

5. Had to uninstall it.I wasted time entering all the info to ship a package & it got hung up on the part to create a label.

6. First, it only allows you to create an account by linking it to your Google account, which means it automatically gets full access to your Gmail.

7. You can also create a place, invite people, and share tracking info with them.

8. If you are lucky to even make it past that point to generate a price for the package you want to send is impossible you're left with a blank page that says the word "best".

9. I really want to use this app for estimating and comparing shipping rates across carriers while I am away from a computer but this only works if I fully commit to having it read my emails.

10. This is great if you want to use the app for automatically tracking all your package; I do not.

11. "Best" my A$$.I just noticed that when I go to create a shopping label in the weekend shipping is a few dollars higher.

  3. Clear Ship.com — Package Shipping & app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ship.com servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ship.com — Package Shipping & " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ship.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ship.com might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ship.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ship.com then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ship.com not working
