1. After order placed they have attached the bill copy of the store...When we compare...both the shop bill and the order placed bill... there is a difference in price and the one best thing is fast delivery and delivery executive is polite, good and decent.
2. Another strange thing was i had to create two separate orders paying separate delivery charge as some items were missing from my previous order which on inquiry I was told that it may have happened due to a tech glitch..so I ended up paying double delivery charge for less itemsUninstalled in just 20 seconds.
3. Update : I tried to mail you on the given email address but received no response.Great app for quickest delivery.. the only hitch is we dont get options to select the products from multiple stores.
4. But the problem lies when we have to select different stores and when we select products from one store and then select next store the previous items in our cart disappears which consumes a lot of time and finding products and stores again and again creating confusion.

Almost product available please mention some vegetables as well on the site..Over all its a quick and easy access app.and service is also good..I am giving 4 star just because some flavour of tea and some frozen items are missing if u will add that its a complete package for people like us who are working.Overall the app is amazing.
6. Pathetic experience & scary experience.The app has a good user interface, but the store offers worst customer service.
7. When I ordered for second time, it showed me expected delivery within 24 hrs, I don't know whether their clock has stopped ticking or what, I haven't received my order till date (it's been 4days).
8. Also there is no much discounts like grofers.. But the speed of delivery is fantastic...UI is good and app is user friendly but the product amount is higher when compared to the store.
9. Many items got cancelled from my order after spending some time in creating that order..I would like to see it as false advertising/misleading as the offers weren't available as advertised.
10. @MyKirana, you lost one customer.The promoter doesn't forward my order to the store (confirmed directly from the store) so I never receive the products.
11. Not happy with the shopping and if you have implemented the sachet packet(comfort,bru 3rs) that will be goodI really like the service and discount available,i really appreciate the Cod option and bill upload features.
