Firstly they are assuring you that your order is delayed but it will be delivered on time, secondly after asking several time regarding order delivery time they can't confirm anything, they only say it will delivered on time and cancelled your order at the very last moment.so that you can't do anything.

2. *Updated* For the last 6 months I haven't been able to find a slot, the remedy from customer service is pretty useless.

3. Moreover you don't bother to care for customer and close the support chat automatically when escalating any issue? Superb, your down time started looks like, all the best! Will never ever use bb now here after and will not recommend to any one either.I would have rated it Zero, if possible.

4. The service and products delivered are good but the App is a nightmare! Most of the times, when I am adding things to the basket and then when I want to see the basket to check out, it shows an error! Didn't expect these glitches from such a big company.

5. Fix your systems & processesI have mostly liked the performance of this app and even if they deliver a day later, they do it in the time slot and no products are missing.

6. Will empty my bbwallet & look for alternatives.It was almost 4 to 5 months of using this app everything is fine with the delivery and services but they did this twice with me regarding order delay.

7. People are calling multiple times to mark the delivery as closed and then deliver the items later to avoid penalties.

8. Keep getting 3-4 calls for each delivery asking for my location and way to reach almost as if BB doesn't provide any support to the delivery partners.

9. However, the last time the beetroots I had ordered had fungus in them, I didn't have time to raise a complaint so mentioning it now.

10. Please look into this issue or you're going to lose lots of customers to swiggy instamart and blinkit.Efficient delivery.

1. Fix bigbasket Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart bigbasket: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for bigbasket » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear bigbasket : Grocery App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from bigbasket servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "bigbasket : Grocery App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check bigbasket app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, bigbasket might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall bigbasket. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall bigbasket then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing bigbasket not working
