1. It's organized to capture your topic and thoughts and it's not one of those apps that started out as a simple note taking application and morphed into something too time consuming.

2. I highly recommend Notes Safe.It's OK, but it only feels ½ secure coz you can't encrypt your saved passwords.

8. Had to create another pin and security question and answrr but could not retreive my original info from my drive to put back in the app.

9. Suggestion: a mode where it does not default to "edit mode" when opened... too easy to inadvertently edit a record.

1. Fix Notes Safe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notes Safe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notes Safe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notes Safe" » Open Notes Safe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notes Safe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notes Safe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notes Safe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notes Safe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notes Safe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notes Safe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notes Safe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notes Safe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notes Safe not working

2. Fix Notes Safe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notes Safe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notes Safe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notes Safe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
