Why should I report an Issue with Notes - Notepad and to do list?

1. Thank you for helping me get organized!! Future requests: Could you add an alarm? I would absolutely pay for the app to help me remember meds, appointments, etc.This app is really easy, helpful, and useful to use when it comes to making to do lists or making notes for example: Taking a trip to the forest and making sure you have everything you need to go camping.

2. I haven't seen this yet on here if I missed it please help me find it (:This app is user friendly; n e time I need to make notes from what I m working on, I can skip to it, make note and get back to my other stuff.

3. I would like to see the ability to add functionality like being able to attach these notes to an email & would also be keenly interested in being able to make notes in a hierarchical fashion.This is a great app!! Works perfectly w/o crashing or other annoying app problems.

4. I find myself using the checklist feature more than the notepad itself.Absolutely great for making Informational Notes and Check Lists.

5. I thought it was mice at first because it would pop up during phone calls making it easy to take notes right then and there.

7. Once I've jotted my notes or made a grocery list, I can enter the items, go out of the app and remember something later and go in, knowing my previous items are still there.

9. Poorly made app.This app is super simple and the ads are at the bottom of the screen so they don't pop up while your creating your note or checklist like other apps.

10. Check List: Grocery shopping, list of things to take on a future trip etc.

11. The only thing I would recommend is having options to color code notes or add tags.

1. Fix Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notes" » Open Notes - Notepad and to do list » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notes - Notepad and to do list app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notes - Notepad and to do list" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notes not working

2. Fix Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
