1. You can do as much or as little with it as you want, including a basic mood scale, mood tags, journal entries, habit tracking, and even watching ads (which I'm starting to do voluntarily to support a developer who is doing things the right way).
2. When trying to label a mood gives you anxiety, it needs to be as easy and open as possible and i feel this app accomplishes that the best out of the ones I have tried. This app is fantastic for mood tracking and journaling.
3. As someone who does battle with severe anxiety and other mood problems, it's already been great for putting my mood into words and helping me understand how certain things may correlate with how I feel.
4. It makes me want to buy the Plus version just to support the devs for making a great and easy to use app, as it's rare to find something that's intuitive and not greedy.
5. This all will do a great job of helping my track my emotions, get things done with reminders, and it will help me to build better habits in easy, very manageable steps.
6. I have looked at other apps that are kind of like this, but with all of them, it seems the free version doesn't have nearly as much available as this app.I hate tracking my mental health but I need to track it multiple times a day now.
7. Everything links together in a way that makes it easy to find patterns of behavior/triggers that may be affecting your mood.
8. It allows for a solid overview of your moods over time, includes a journal feature, and can track various activities and help set/develop better habits.
9. For almost a year I've been rating my mood for the day on a color-coded one to five scale which then shows up as a square of that color on the monthly calendar.
10. That's the basics of it but there are lots of optional bits like putting in a journal entry for that day, choosing specific emotions you felt and putting them on a chart, how many hours of sleep you got+how well rested you felt, just to name a few.
11. You can add journal entries to explain your mood and add different moods throughout the day.
