1. And I've really do not get bothered by the ads because it is (FREE) (Thanks for a great app)1st time using this Safe Guard Security App but it appears to be working just fine! This particular App provides more tools to keep your device thoroughly safe & well-maintained! It is good for my phone & time will tell if things change or malfunctions occur! Plus the Ads are not intrusive; Thanks! Have a Great Day!😊 Update, I had left this App breifly now back to it & since then, my phone has operated smoothly & my phone stays charged practically all day with heavy usage & stayed protected+!Nothing has changed it's still 5-⭐'s.

2. All requested permissions have been granted.I wish I could rate higher or different than 100 other security, virus, malware etc etc themed apps I've used/tired ( I'm also a tech support rep for inet, phone & cable, of 16 yrs) but.. they all are the same & always give the same results.

3. especially since it doesn't take over the phone like the other apps when you're playing a game 🎮 & they decided it's time to clean/scan/boost they just close your game with no warning every hour or 2 daily.

4. I especially like the (cool CPU) future because I've been having 35 degrade Celsius in my room an I'm playing a lot on my phone and have had problems with overheating but I really can feel the phone cool down, When using the future and putting my lips against the processor.

5. I always feel bad for people who pay a month or yearly fee for programs as there is no need now adays & that has been proven time & time again & states online, its no secretIt's the second time I use this app.

6. Right now I'm trying different apps since I don't like the current one I'm using (a paid version) that I don't trust the app itself (not the performance, but other suspicious issues).

7. Also includes a dictionary of it's various forms of security it provides for ABSOLUTELY FREE!!! My Android user friends...THIS is Exactly what we been looking for.

8. What I like most is that there are limited number of adverts and aren't annoying by disturbing me while I'm busy using the phone.

1. Fix Safe Guard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Safe Guard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Safe Guard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Safe Guard" » Open Safe Guard - Mobile Security, » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Safe Guard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Safe Guard - Mobile Security, app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Safe Guard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Safe Guard - Mobile Security, " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Safe Guard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Safe Guard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Safe Guard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Safe Guard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Safe Guard not working

2. Fix Safe Guard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Safe Guard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Safe Guard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Safe Guard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
