1. Please fix... Otherwise it is not worth keeping.App updates from omni device very slowly, device itself, which acts as a "router behind a router" slows internet sometimes causes host resolution problems and confuses some WiFi devices with multiple IPv4 addresses, seeing them as new devices.

2. Until this gets updated, have removed omni device from network.Update 4/27/2021 Lately, the app shows my omni is offline but shows all the features toggled on.

3. My router ui shows that omni is online and connected to the Internet.

4. Omni hub is great, just this app is poop.For the cost of the extra gadget and subscription, it would seem like you would get VPN and tight antivirus and malware protection.

5. Caused my phone to overheat dramatically and hopefully has not damaged the battery.Avast is responsive.

6. I've applied the latest version update.The app works, but recently had to disable it to prevent the app from completely draining a fully charged battery in less than 2 hours.

7. Secures everything connected to my wifi including my Roku and smart home devices.

9. Notifications for devices that need to assigned to a user that already have a user.

10. I have notifications for devices that are no longer on my network.

1. Fix Avast Omni Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Avast Omni: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Avast Omni App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Avast Omni" » Open Avast Omni - Family Guardian » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Avast Omni » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Avast Omni - Family Guardian app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Avast Omni servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Avast Omni - Family Guardian" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Avast Omni app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Avast Omni might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Avast Omni. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Avast Omni then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Avast Omni not working

2. Fix Avast Omni Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Avast Omni be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Avast Omni not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Avast Omni may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
