1. What good is an app that has Login but NO account manager and that says Server unreachable - Actually use "skype business" Lync that refuses to conne t skype either And has a fake clone names LynkDoesn't work with version 10 of Android.

I see it was last updated in 2013 so it seems MS about be bothered fixing it.This app doesn't let me sign in it says I have no internet connection when I have it and it doesn't let me sign in or log in Microsoft please fix this old program and give it an update.No update in past few years and its UI is not much attractive and not even user friendly.

3. But it was useful in a pinch.No stars, but can'tsubmit !!! Android user, just trudged thru ALL PATHS to get Skype, said install Lync, but LYNC only offers sign-in page with NO option for new account.

1. Fix Lync 2010 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lync 2010: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lync 2010 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lync 2010" » Open Lync 2010 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lync 2010 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lync 2010 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lync 2010 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lync 2010" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lync 2010 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lync 2010 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lync 2010. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lync 2010 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lync 2010 not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lync 2010 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lync 2010 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lync 2010 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
