Still has sync problems with desktop outlook.The only usefulness I have ever found in Delve is the organisational- and contact info of my colleagues, but in this app that info is hidden behind endless tapping back and forth, and although it works it's prohibitively cumbersome.Crashes while logging in on Galaxy S8.

2. Crashes so badly that it takes over my entire phone and the only option I have left is to physically restart itHorrible does not allow log in for 365 email.. The people that said they lost their job over this MICROSOFT app.

3. just flashes a 'pick account' screen which immediately disappears before I can click on anything.Seriously Microsoft..what is wrong with your app? Fix it please or remove it from the Play Store if you can't bother to maintain it.

5. However, it leaves those of us on disability, the disabled, without the opportunity to sign in and use the app.because we do not have a work or school email.

6. I'm not able to sign in the mobile app, it says - Your office 365 plan doesn't include Delve.

9. Looks like a Windows 7 phone app.It is very nice for those with work or school to have this app.

10. however no such problem with desktop using web version.Favourites I have on my PC don't drill down to my Phone.

1. Fix Office Delve Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Office Delve: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Office Delve App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Office Delve" » Open Office Delve - for Office 365 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Office Delve » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Office Delve - for Office 365 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Office Delve servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Office Delve - for Office 365" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Office Delve app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Office Delve might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Office Delve. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Office Delve then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Office Delve not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Office Delve be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Office Delve not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Office Delve may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
