Basically, an app which is supposed to solve problems and to make customers life easier has not only made is difficult and complicated but also have introduced lots of 'bugs' in the system too !! Nice work guys !! My best guess is that you guys are in the wrong profession !Mid April 2019: Used to word really well in the past,but facing "network error" for the last 4 weeks during activation process on my new phone.

2. Went up to the last step of sending SMS for validation but it did not give me the screen to set up the five digit passcode on the Canara offline OTP app.

3. Hence look at the issue ans sort out.The offline OTP registration process does not work.

1. Fix Canara Offline OTP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Canara Offline OTP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Canara Offline OTP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Canara Offline OTP" » Open Canara Offline OTP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Canara Offline OTP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Canara Offline OTP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Canara Offline OTP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Canara Offline OTP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Canara Offline OTP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Canara Offline OTP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Canara Offline OTP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Canara Offline OTP then reinstall.
