There is no menu to do anything like this looks like a complete scam but idk.You guys should change the apps name to "cashed out" bc it sounds like that's what you guys are doing.If your making Google Play and PayPal so much in Transfer percentage charges.Then they should do you a solid and offer to help update your poor outdated design/graphics of your app.You guys claim these 60% and 10% fees.So Explain this 99 cent purchase and applied fees again?THE APP WORKS PayPal actually showed I received a "CashOut" of $0.& It ev let me refund u guys back my $0 lol your welcome!Well this is so not what I expected and now I have to wait over a month just to get the money I transfered.

2. Terrible service, tried to use it, put all my information (which were correct and working) and no money has been sent after 3 whole months! I've sent an email and of course, no surprise there, no answer! Don't use this! You're losing money and it's a very responsive for help and support! Avoid this!This app is no good, they said the transfer will go in on January 16th 2023.

3. Thank you.I've made a $10 purchase to be transferred to my PayPal account over 1 month ago and the app say funds will be available each month on the 16th.

4. I need some way to speak with a real person.I transferred money in November and December and then finally January gets here and on the,12th the apps no longer in service.

1. Fix CashOut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CashOut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CashOut App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CashOut" » Open CashOut » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CashOut » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CashOut app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CashOut servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CashOut" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CashOut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CashOut might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CashOut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CashOut then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CashOut not working

2. Fix CashOut Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CashOut be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CashOut not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CashOut may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
