1. HBR cannot launch a simple app? HBR still uses PHONE to get support? This company publishes articles about AI but works like morons in the stone age 🙄First rate content let down by a poor quality app - buggy, frequently crashes, forced to regularly re-login, etc. This app is very bad visually, and the user experience is horrible.
2. I rarely write a bad review, but such great content trully deserves a usable app.App UI needs work on Android.
3. That said, there are plenty of great pieces. It's getting a bit disengenuous as sponsored content (advertisement) is packaged in the same feed as stories, effectively ads trying to hide as content.
4. The app offers download PDF but the website doesn't offer the option where I am most likely to consume an article in well-formatted PDF form.
5. The content is a bit excessive on faddish topics, but that's probably to be expected from academics whose knowledge of what happens inside organizations is heavily based on media portrayals and interviews lol.
6. The difference in web and app content (audio articles especially, which should be a priority in mobile), is really disappointing and makes no sense.
7. Warning before you subscribe Do note that, you cannot cancel the subscription from the app/website.
8. Great for advertising revenue, poor for looking like an honest publication :(Awful app.
9. Most of the content is great.
10. I don't recommend it in its current stateAmazing content, terribly delivered.
11. Good content but not very usable.
