It's one of the worst services in the market, I won't book them again and I don't recommend it to any of my friends.The worst service ever , first of all they toke my money for 3 months without submitting the service and they refused to refund, after 6 months they returned the amount to app wallet without informing me or apologise, I call them many times their customer service and complain dept.

2. Also there is no way to call the management aswell I still didnt get my service or refund! Choose wisely!Thifes be careful don't download the app unfortunately i book an appointment and they told me they have an accident its seam they are doing this with everyone.I downloaded the app since last week and i tried to book a cleaner but the application does not work properly.

3. I hope I'll manage to cancel my booking and I am gonna go back yo the old ways of asking my building concierge to give the number of some good cleaning companies.It's been 2 years 5 months and yet no refund for the service which was not fulfilled.

4. are clearly saying that our company decision NOT to refund your money and you can do whatever you want Now I am trying to use the wallet balance since 1 month but the application shows no appointments available!!!Very bad service.

Even though, after the Government allowed them to resume work my schedule was updated by them and after 2 service they disappeared (2 months and counting)I'm rating the service not the application, this service is not trustworthy I booked and paid for service; on the same day they didn't arrive and they cancelled the visit.

6. The most unprofessional and Worst cleaning services ever! Booking an appointment is easy, they'll eagerly take your money, but later they will not send you any maid and if you inquire, they will make lame unprofessional excuses that "today our driver got into accident" etc.. and you will not get any services at all (I have chat saved) If you complain, they will never call you back or email.

7. When i click the cleaning icon it's open the location page and closed immediately! I call the customer service many times and all of them advise to uninstall and install the app again but still same problem.

8. For a service oriented organization, you need to work on becoming customer centric and stop frustrating your new customers.

9. In short, my money is stuck with Matic and they do not reply regarding the refund.I have a weekly visit scheduled... they have been canceling it for almost 2 months now.

1. Fix MATIC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MATIC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MATIC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MATIC" » Open MATIC - Home Cleaning Services » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MATIC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MATIC - Home Cleaning Services app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MATIC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MATIC - Home Cleaning Services" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MATIC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MATIC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MATIC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MATIC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MATIC not working

2. Fix MATIC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MATIC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MATIC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MATIC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
