1. Make lose time and make you lose the opportunity to book other blocks while the app is crying.A really good app when it works but it has been down for a week, publicly exclaiming that it's someone else's fault is very unprofessional and unnecessary, we just want to k ow when the app is going to be working again.
2. And the response time regarding blocks I've declined and not being charged for it has been spot on.
3. Have only gotten around 9 blocks in total and I've been using it for a couple months already.
4. The problem with us missing blocks is not the block clicks its simply the block swipes, its way to slow compared to other bots.Can't recommend this app to anyone.
5. An email could have been sent out to all users explaining the issues as soon as they started happenkng, and a possible time frame for fixing them.Aesthetically pleasing app.
6. We dont want to have to stare at the screen and constantly manually restart the search in order to attempt to grab blocks.
7. App is unusable.1. The swipe could be faster and could try to swipe AT LEAST 2 consecutive times, because of some issues that happen when a lot of people are booking blocks and that you need to swipe multiple times to get yours.
8. Update: it was working decent for a while, but bow a cant even get into the app because it says i cant conect to serverFantastic App for a few couple of months, but since 14/09/22 the Flexomatic app on my phone cannot open.
9. Then, I received an email back advising that, the Support Team has been inactive for the past 10days because there is no staff.
10. Also, have only been able to capture 2 out of 5 freebie blocks in about a month.
11. However, it's been more than 10days because I read a review posted the 1st week in August, that support has not responded up till now.

When I try to search for blocks I get a msg that says my account is blocked. I’m assuming It’s my Flexomatic account since I can access Amazon flex directly without issues.

I already had a 5-Hour block for 11/4/21 and I caught a block for 3 hours on the same day but for some reason it's not showing up in my calendar but it's showing up in your system that y'all caught the block for me and I'm paying for it but when I go to my calendars it doesn't show it in there and I don't understand why it's doing this and why I'm paying for something that I don't even get a chance to go work at please either put it in my calendar so that I can go and do the job or refund me the money
