My Cloud Home Customer Insights

1. This means fingerprint doesn't work at all and if you have PIN enabled and open the app, and start typing your PIN, the UI reloads and you have to type it again. My only issue would be that you can't copy folders over, you have to open each folder individually and copy the contents over.

2. Downloading a file from the storage is slow, and the download progress is all hosted in the app which tells you the progress every 20 seconds, instead of showing a progress bar or hosting the download in the notification bar.

3. I've noticed that this app uses more battery than the other apps on my phone. The app is draining my battery despite all my photos and videos being already backed up on the cloud.

4. I can copy anything to a device from app but not the other way around.I'm not sure what happened, but now any video I attempt to save to the device, saves the file with a .jpg extension.

5. Very disappointing product.Unfortunately, this app and the My Home Cloud unit have stopped working completely, and this has prevented me from accessing my files, crippling my business - it all seems to be useless.

6. It's fine if you only have a file in it, but a pain when you want to copy a folder that has sub folders in it.

7. I left a download for 30 minutes just to find when I returned it hadn't made progress, but then began to progress when the app was opened.

8. In fact, In order to get a video I must open the phones browser and download it from online that way.

9. No one is able to help me when I call technical support; a great idea total access and control of my data from virtually anywhere and everywhere has turned into an enormous nightmare.

10. I did initially but now I want to change to just scan a few folders (download and camera) but it wont let me change what it looks at after the initial setup.

11. This shouldn't happen, given that every photo/video on my phone is already in the cloud, nevertheless the app keeps trying to re syncing again and again without reason.
