MATCHES Customer Insights

1. I found what I was looking for but after wasting my time I was not able to check out.. The worst part and the most disappointing part is that I emailed customer care twice and they keep telling me someone will get back to me and I heard nothing.. It's a shame that the top brands trust them with selling their products on such low class lousy platform.. 👎👎It's very frustrating when using an android version of an app, every time when you go through the list of items and clicking on one of it you have to go back to the beginning of the list, not where the item was.

2. Please fix the android versionAlways a pleasure to shop at Matches Fashion! Great products and fantastic speedy service!I have made 3 attempts using Afterpay for Matches items.

3. I called them 4 time in a period of 6 hours and each person just told me will get back to you in 2 hours, i really dont know how hard is it to track an order? Or call me! I really do not recommend them and their app.Bought an item on sale for half the price it was originally on sale for.

4. Spend $600 to shop with them and no confirmation of purchase! Like i never shop with them! Luckily i used afterpay and they give me the order number otherwise i had no evidence.

5. They told me to contact Afterpay - terrible service.Honestly I must say I'm very disappointed from the service of this brand.. Yes they have the top high end brands but the service is lousy.

6. I can not view any item details anymore, it says I am not connected to internet all the time and gooea back to the list.

7. It actually says, 'as Matchesfashion would have advised you, they are unable to fulfill this order'-but MF doesn't seem to know anything about it & the item is still availble.

8. Clicking from wish list items doesn't work.

9. Clicking on designer to filter doesn't work .

10. It goes through fine, I get the email confirmation from Afterpay etc.

11. Example, Designer > Paul Smith > category > clothing > 0 results.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MATCHES Issues

1. Fix MATCHES Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MATCHES: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MATCHES App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MATCHES" » Open MATCHES: Luxury Fashion » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MATCHES » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MATCHES: Luxury Fashion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MATCHES servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MATCHES: Luxury Fashion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MATCHES app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MATCHES might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MATCHES. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MATCHES then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MATCHES not working


2. Fix MATCHES Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MATCHES be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MATCHES not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MATCHES may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
