Dismal customer service.Worst e-shopping brand, wrong products are delivered multiple times, items not delivered but shown delivered and the support staff has all kinds of excuses.Lot of technical glitches and collects cash even after paying through cliq cash but they don't have any info when the amount will be refunded and how long it will take waiting for 9 days to get the amount to cliq cash pathetic service.The worst app I have encountered in a while, doesn't even deserve the one star.
2. Everyday there is a delivery partner at my doorstep! Please do not download use app.Have ordered from the app many times before but this time even after 13 days of order, items have not yet dispatched.
3. Got my products well in time and shape but the return is getting initiated automatically! After several calls to the customer care, their only solution is deny the return.
