UNINSTALL.Its a good app to download insta photos videos and ect but what made me unsatisfied to give this app 2 star is if I download some pic it will store in gallery separately in which I cant download and go to gallery to move the pic I saved it irritates a lot so if you feel its ok then download it cause I have only this as main problem so I gave 2 starsWrost app ever.

2. When i copy any video link nd i paste nd click download button means it's showing your linl is wrong copy any other.

10. When we try to find the saved video but it sewms epmty and home screen of the app is showing that video is already downloaded.

1. Fix Story Saver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Story Saver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Story Saver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Story Saver" » Open Story Saver for Instagram - Downloader & Repost » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Story Saver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Story Saver for Instagram - Downloader & Repost app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Story Saver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Story Saver for Instagram - Downloader & Repost" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Story Saver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Story Saver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Story Saver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Story Saver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Story Saver not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Story Saver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Story Saver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Story Saver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
