1. Furthermore, can you work on downloading status messages also; not just pictures n videos? ThanksHad previously rated it 5 stars coz it gets the job done However... The ads... Oml the ad experience is terrible... I open the app, there's an ad... I click to view status, an ad before the image/video loads... I click to save a status, another ad... I leave a status I was viewing, another ad I used to like it before compared to similar apps because they had less intrusive ads, rn it's just annoyingGood app, just that you always have to go back to the main screen before you can access the app and save status.

2. After which there is no desire to use it further, anyways this app works well.Recently the app doesn't save every status viewed... I tend to search for some of the stuffs I viewed on people's status, but the app doesn't receive it.I can't believe how easy this save social media video app is to use.

3. I disable permission of using internet still this app showing adds, how? When an app is disabled using internet it is not possible to show ad but this app is still show.I can't imagine running my online store without coutloot app.

5. I have given only two stars here because there are too many advertisements in this, that anwanted is, advertisements after every two or three photos and videos.

1. Fix Status Saver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Status Saver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Status Saver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Status Saver" » Open Status Saver: Video Downloader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Status Saver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Status Saver: Video Downloader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Status Saver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Status Saver: Video Downloader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Status Saver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Status Saver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Status Saver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Status Saver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Status Saver not working

2. Fix Status Saver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Status Saver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Status Saver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Status Saver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
