1. Please fix these issues, otherwise I absolutely love this app!Nothing but the very best out there!!!! From it being so lightweight, to the speed, the quality of downloaded items, the tabs for viewing download history, the tabs for favourite stories..... I also love that the photos and videos come with info about the page name.

4. They fixed the errors.You can download the photos in higher quality ( when there're not so many apps allow to) also .. you just need to log into the account ( that u r allowed to follow by the owner) to download the private photos.. which means it also has its own privacy.

6. It obviously is giving away my password and it's frusterating having to constantly switch my instagram password after I download videos.

7. It will be perfect if can download in background, so we only open this app one time in first, and then go to IG and copy link many times without switch back to this app.

8. Everytime you want to download post, you must copy link and switch from IG to this app.

9. It would be perfect if it was able to download profile pictures too, just a suggestion.

1. Fix Downloader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Downloader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Downloader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Downloader" » Open Downloader for Instagram: Video Photo Story Saver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Downloader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Downloader for Instagram: Video Photo Story Saver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Downloader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Downloader for Instagram: Video Photo Story Saver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Downloader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Downloader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Downloader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Downloader then reinstall.
