1. Unfortunately, I have no use for this app without at least 1 of the Payment fields to differentiate Payments.Thanks for not getting back to me with no solution or results! They don't like bad reviews so they say they want to take a closer look, BS!!! Found PayPal to be just as good if not better, cheaper and more features.

2. I like having a way to create invoices on the go for my clients, and the app is useless for anything other than checking stats like how much you made.

3. On top of that, payments are handled through a third party vendor and it takes over a week to get my payments and they couldn't give me any info on where my payment was! I'll be looking for something better.

4. Several other services available, avoid avoid avoid Stripe!!!!!!I'm not unhappy with Stripe itself so far as a service, but this is a review for the app and the app is, frankly, awful.

5. if this is how it's going to be I am changing processing services.This service would be 10 stars if they would add the ability to pass the fees (automatically) to the customer.

6. can't create invoices, can't charge cards, can't edit customer information, can't create a subscription.

7. So, this is just average.Stripe is great, but this app is useless for managing Payments.

8. +1 star for dark mode.It's a good looking app and it works well but there is no way to view advanced payment details in the app.

9. Stripe is Horrible! 0 Stars, account denied, I have money in the bank and excellent credit, turned down with no complete explanation.

10. Cons: It doesn't show Payment transaction ID, or Receipt #, or Receipt email address.

11. As a business owner, having the ability to split, eat, or pass on the fees would be so much faster than having to add it to the transaction as they suggest.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Stripe Dashboard Issues

1. Fix Stripe Dashboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Stripe Dashboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Stripe Dashboard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stripe Dashboard" » Open Stripe Dashboard » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stripe Dashboard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Stripe Dashboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stripe Dashboard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stripe Dashboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Stripe Dashboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stripe Dashboard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Stripe Dashboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stripe Dashboard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stripe Dashboard not working


2. Fix Stripe Dashboard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stripe Dashboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stripe Dashboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stripe Dashboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
