My Period Tracker / Calendar Customer Insights

1. Now everything I've stored up since 2018 all gone.It was working fine in my last phone, when I used this app for the first time hence I had a backup of a year but when I installed the app on my new phone firstly it wasn't able to feed previou data(which I lost eventually) and this time it was even tougher to feed the new data.

2. Please work on this, i need to get a notification without opening the appWould have given it five stars but it just doesn't give you the exact day ,it will say maybe it has left with your four days to have your period, but actually it will be in, two day before, and sometimes two days after, please can you make it count up to the exact day., Anyways its a very cool app, and i love it , keep it up guys.

3. Also make it more better.☺️Where do I begin, lets start with the fact that no matter how many times you back up your data, you cant restore it.... EVER!! you get no reply from anyone about your concern.. the app is TRASH! INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. I changed my phone and now I can't restore data I've had since 2018.

6. I should have stopped using it when I noticed the backup feature doesn't work.

7. All my data is lost cause the android app won't login either.

8. I had to feed and save data again again because of which I again lost some data.

9. I need all my data.I think you should have a way of getting old records from the app.

10. I'm trying to upload previous tracker data but the app will not allow me to.

11. but it doesn't notify you even after activating the notification unless you open the app.
