I highly recommend this app for any landscaperOverall it's nice to work for them on the app and make your own money but when you have Auto pause selected in your own folder and they're your customers to do and they get taken from you like at a commercial account that I just had added to mine and it got taken this snowfall and I was counting on that to get by like to actually be living on I deleted my account so I don't want to work for them no more they only sent me to the places that paid minimalI have been working with the Lawn Guru tram for the last 3 years.

1. Fix LawnGuru Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LawnGuru Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LawnGuru Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LawnGuru Pro" » Open LawnGuru Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LawnGuru Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LawnGuru Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LawnGuru Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LawnGuru Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LawnGuru Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LawnGuru Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LawnGuru Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LawnGuru Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LawnGuru Pro not working

2. Fix LawnGuru Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LawnGuru Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LawnGuru Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LawnGuru Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
