Why should I report an Issue with elli?

Feels like someone just threw the app together from GitHub links and just copied and pasted the code.Update- app was fixed worked for a few days and its doing the samething not letting drivers choose the best route.... Since the update, the app is not letting the drivers choose the best route option!! Please fix it!!Update after lengthy negative review earlier As of April 28th 2023 After MONTHS asking for a patch to improve this app, NOTHING has been done.

The developer of this app need to ask the drivers for the opinion cause when a new driver starts they are going to be outside all nightWrong addresses constantly (40 min distance from the the real address in some cases) and the route it makes isn't efficient at all and makes be do U-turns all the time.

3. RE-ODERING MULTIPLE ITEMS WHEN EDITING THE ROUTE: sometimes when the route Is created, I will want to make some minor changes cause honestly, 70% of the time, it doesn't come out so well.

4. Often times it takes you to the wrong house because it stops your short and it makes you back track alot which is very frustrating.

5. Fix the program!DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP! IT IS TRASH! The GPS is always wrong and it will have you driving in circles or driving 10 minutes out of your way in the wrong direction.I like & hate this app, because for everything it makes e easier, it makes much more HORRIBLE.... 1.

6. After every delivery that says I need to turnaround for the next stop it will reroute me as if I passed the house, so the original route is negated.

7. The bad this when you scan the boxes some of the addresses doesn't come up so you have to manually add them and it mess up your route patterns.

8. Also why does it not have a compass feature enabled? Its annoying when your at a stop and you start to pull out only to find out your going the wrong way a minute later.

9. I would just prefer to have the stops appear on the map as single numbers.Have been happy with the new app and it's upgrades, but there are still some improvements needed DESPERATELY to be made!, Then I will give 5 stars.

10. If i label my start/ end points as anything OTHER than my current location, it cant build a route (" No Internet Connection" ) 2.

11. I still have to leave Google maps in the background and put addresses to make sure I'm heading the correct way since this app likes to guide you inaccurately.

1. Fix elli Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart elli: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the elli App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "elli" » Open elli » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for elli » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear elli app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from elli servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "elli" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check elli app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, elli might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall elli. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall elli then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing elli not working

2. Fix elli Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make elli be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to elli not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, elli may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
